The Neon Salon Booking Policy

At The Neon Salon, we are committed to providing excellent service and care to all our clients. To ensure smooth operations and to respect both our time and that of our clients, we have implemented the following booking policy.

  1. Reservation Fee: A reservation fee of R250 is required to secure your booking. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. Please note that not paying the reservation fee does not automatically cancel your appointment. The onus remains on the client to inform us if they no longer wish to proceed with their booking.

  2. Client Responsibility: Out of courtesy, common decency, and respect, it is the client’s responsibility to inform us if they are unable to make their appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Failure to notify us in a timely manner is not only unprofessional but directly impacts our business operations.

  3. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in the loss of your reservation fee.

  4. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice is unacceptable and will result in immediate consequences:

    • You will no longer be able to book any treatments with us unless full payment is made upfront.
    • This payment will be non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • This policy is implemented to protect our business from the significant impact that no-shows have on our operations.
  5. Respect and Professionalism: We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances arise. However, just as we commit to providing you with the best possible service, we expect the same respect in return. We would never treat a client with such disregard as to simply “forget” or not show up for a scheduled treatment.

  6. Non-Negotiable: This policy is non-negotiable and effective immediately. It is designed to safeguard our time and business, ensuring that we can continue to offer high-quality, uninterrupted services to our valued and committed clients.
